The three layers PP foam plate is light, strong, flexible, high tmeperature resistant and environmental friendly, no odor.

The PP foam plate adopts non-crosslinked high melt strength PP materials. The cells of the PP foam plate are even and compact. The average cell diameter is less than 100μm. The plate has low density, high strength, good flexibility, high temperature resistant. So its combination property is excellent. And it is no odor.

The PP foam plate can be used in advertise board, lampshade, stationery, bag, package, car inside decoration, sporting goods, plastic aluminum composite sheet, construction area, etc.

And PP foam plate (0.5g/cm3) has higher folding endurance. Bags and cases adopts PP foam plate can reduce the weight greatly. So it could save cost and improve quality.

PP plate for golf bag

The rigidity of PP is better than PE. And the rigidity and flexibility of foam PP is much better than foam PE. The rigidity and flexibility of foam PP plate (density 0.6g/cm3) is better than non-foam PE plate. And PP foam plate (0.6g/cm3) has higher folding endurance. PP foam plate used in golf bags can reduce the weight of the golf bag greatly. It could also save cost and improve quality.
